OK haircut, terrible customer service. The manager spent the duration of my haircut having an angry conversation with their Internet service provider. The manager then proceeded to disrespect her own employee upon learning that she was unable to upsell me to the MVP package. Furthermore, they no longer honor the military discount unless you purchase the most expensive package they offer. I will not be returning.

We took our son for a haircut today. We’ve been here a few times before and didn’t get a great haircut but this time it was awful. I asked the hair dresser to use only scissors because I’m scared that my son could get a cut with the clippers and get a nasty illness . She used scissors and cut his ear anyway. In addition she cut his hair terribly bad. I asked for a manager but apparently there isn’t one, let the place very upset.

Came in for a haircut. Heather gave me exactly what I wanted. The hot steam towel was a nice touch.
